These terms (“Refer-A-Friend Program Terms”) apply to the BrandBee Refer-A-Friend Program described here (“Refer-A-Friend Program”). Similarweb Ltd (“BrandBee” or “We” or “us” or “our”) offers the Refer-A-Friend Program to our users who are interested in qualifying for bonuses by referring friends that are not yet registered as our users to sign up to the Brandbee mobile application. These Refer-A-Friend Program Terms govern the participation by users who refer (“Referrers”) and the Referred User (as defined below). These Refer-A-Friend Program Terms are supplementary to and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions (“Brandbee Terms”) which govern the availability and use of the BrandBee app and Services. Any capitalized term not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the Terms and Condition.
This Refer-A-Friend Program is open to registered Brandbee users only, for a limited time, and we may withdraw or suspend this Refer-A-Friend Program (in whole or in part) at any time. The requirements and incentives are also subject to change at any time. Referrers must be 18 years old or older and not legally prohibited from participating in the Program. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referred User at any time from participation in the Refer-A-Friend Program if such Referrer or Referred User does not comply with any of these Refer-A-Friend Program Terms and or Brandbee Terms.
You may only use our Refer-A-Friend Program in good faith. By using the Refer-A-Friend Program, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use the Refer-A-Friend Program. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations, including but not limited to regulations regarding electronic messaging and anti-spam and privacy laws.
You can invite friends via Facebook, Whatsapp, Email, or simply copy your referral link and share it with your friend. Once your friends download and install the Brandbee application through the referral link you sent them and the Referred User redeems his money through the Brandbee application (subject to BrandBee Terms) the Referrer shall be entitled to receive their rewards as detailed here. Note that in order for you to be entitled to receive your reward the Referred User may not sign to the Brandbee application using Email address associated as a managed account Email, if the Referred User signs up using an Email defined as a managed account Email, you shall not be entitled to receive a reward. It is hereby clarified that the amount of reward the Referrer is entitled to may be subject to a daily amount cap and other restrictions as shall be determined and changed in our sole discretion.
If a Referrer provides the referral link to a Referred User by email, the email must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends, colleagues, and business acquaintances. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of the invite code in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” in our sole discretion is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination of the Referrer’s participation in the Refer-A-Friend Program, the Referrer’s Brandbee account and Referrer’s eligibility for Brandbee Services, including deactivation of the referral link.
Only one qualifying referral shall be deemed generated for each new user referred by Referrer under the Refer-A-Friend program (“Referred User”). Any additional or subsequent use of the Brandbee services made by a Referred User will not be treated as a qualifying referral. Each Referrer can check the status of their Referred Customers and view the status of Referrer’s Referred Users by via “Reward History” screen under his account.
You may only use our Refer-A-Friend Program in good faith. You may not;
We have the right to refuse to pay you the reward if (in its sole and absolute discretion) we suspect that you have not used the Refer-A-Friend Program in good faith or have breached this Refer-A-Friend Program Terms or BrandBee Terms. We will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Refer-A-Friend Program Terms or BrandBee Terms. When a breach of this Refer-A-Friend Program Terms or BrandBee Terms has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including (but not limited to) termination of this Refer-A-Friend Program, closing your account(s), closing third party account(s) and suspending the Refer-A-Friend Program.
We reserve the right to amend, alter, or change the Refer-A-Friend Program at any time, without notice, and terminate the Refer-A-Friend Program at any time, without notice. In the event the Refer-A-Friend is terminated, we will not be obliged to credit any accounts that would have otherwise qualified for reward.
